New Year Celebrations
चैत्र शुद्ध प्रतिपदा शके १९३०
First day of the Hindu New Year based on the lunar calendar. They say whatever you do on this day, you will do throughout the year. So being Mommy's good girl, I woke up early in the morning, had a bath, draped a sari, went to the temple, went to lab, worked a bit .... n then... went Ugadi shopping :D

Hmm... You ACTUALLY worked in the lab before doing anything more interesting. So, that shows the priorities clearly... :p And if you drove around Bangalore with those bags, people would have thought you are rehearsing for some Republic Day parade stunt :p
